Last Saturday marked the official opening of the refurbished Grade II* library at Haileybury College.  We had the pleasure of designing and bringing this project to life alongside the Haileybury projects team, with funds raised from the Masters Appeal, in honour of former headmaster Mr Martin Collier.

It was brilliant to see this much-loved space alive with the staff, students and Old Haileyburians alike, enjoying the atmosphere and sharing memories of the library from decades past.  Hosting over 30,000 books in a space rich with heritage, the revitalised library is a vibrant and welcoming environment. It features a newly glazed entrance, upgraded lighting throughout, and carefully considered details, from the repositioned staircase to the heart and wings logo embossed onto each oak study table.

Congratulations to everyone involved in this transformation, which ensures the library remains at the heart of school life; not only as a vital resource, but also as a place to gather, read, study, host seminars, and connect socially.
