Bunning Mews has been shortlisted for an Inside Housing Development Award!
We’re delighted that Bunning Mews, Aylesbury – Fairhive Homes has been shortlisted for Best Supported Housing Development – Rural/Suburban at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2026
The project provides seven fully furnished, self-contained homes for former rough sleepers, creating a safe place to live while residents receive tailored support to help them move towards independent living.
And the homes themselves are designed to do more than simply provide a roof over someone’s head.
They are Passivhaus-standard, highly energy efficient and designed for comfort, with MVHR, triple glazing, solar PV and generous insulation. Each home also has its own private deck, alongside shared parking and cycle facilities.
For us, that is what makes Bunning Mews special:

Working with Fairhive Homes, Buckinghamshire Council and Homes England, we’re incredibly proud to have played our part in delivering a project that brings these things together.
The project has also been shortlisted for a RICS UK Award 2026, so it’s fantastic to see the wider team and the project receiving recognition.
