Last week ended with a bang as we received Certification from the Passivhaus Institute (PHI) for our Anchorage project, a certificate which marked the culmination of four and half years of hard work - and at times heartache - on this fantastic, innovative project.

Redefining what's possible in Passivhaus design and off-site construction, Anchorage is a riverside Passivhaus home in Wyre Piddle that reinvents what low-energy, low-carbon architecture can look like – complex, elegant and timber at heart. Nestled in a conservation area, its expressive form and cutting-edge performance were brought to life through a locally prefabricated timber frame system, demonstrating that beauty, sustainability and innovation can coexist perfectly in a self-build home.

Our appreciation goes out to everyone who has contributed to this journey and helped bring this project to life, and we look forward to continuing to see how it performs in real life while our clients enjoy living there.
