A few months ago we welcomed Elias to our team and we’re continuing to grow. We are progressing many exciting and sustainable projects and now have the opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant or Architectural Technologist to grow and thrive with us.

·         Location: Working from home with weekly team days in Gloucester

·         Contract type: Permanent, Full time

·         Salary range: £28–34k dependant on experience

Our projects include a diverse variety of carefully crafted Passive House, retrofit and sustainable buildings, working directly for educational, small commercial and self-build clients across the Midlands and south of England.

 

About the team

We’re a small and friendly team, looking for an enthusiastic Part II Architectural Assistant or Architectural Technologist to join us.

 

About the role

·         Skills & experience:

o   Good technical skills with an eye for detail

o   Creativity and problem-solving ability

o   A good understanding of UK Building Regulations (experience with Passivhaus standards is a bonus)

o   Proficiency in AutoCAD

o   At least 1 year of UK practice experience

o   Ideally, familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign

 

·         Personal qualities:

o   A collaborative, can-do attitude

o   A desire to be part of a developing practice and grow as a collective

o   Ability to work independently in a hybrid working environment

o   Critical analysis and strategic thinking
