What do these three buildings have in common? They were all granted planning approval without any requirement for design changes, despite each being located in a highly sensitive planning context.   Knossington Passivhaus (Conservation Area), The Paddock House (outside a settlement boundary and adjacent to a Grade II listed building), and the Performing Arts and Dining Building at Lingfield College (Green Belt) each faced very different constraints.
