Quayside is replacement dwelling in the Suffolk Coasts and Heaths AONB brought to life using the Beattie Passive certified Passivhaus System. The timber frame with continuous insulation allows a low embodied carbon, low operation energy approach to living.

The design uses contemporary materials, mixing brick, timber and zinc cladding to enhance the estuary setting, while a first floor balcony capitalises on the eastern, estuary aspect for morning sun without the home overheating, and a south terrace offers a great area for entertaining throughout the day.
